Duncan Adams (established 1960) is one of the largest privately-owned transport and distribution companies in Scotland.
It thrives under the direction of an ambitious and forward thinking management team led by founder, Duncan Adams. The result is a company that offers unparalleled industry-wide experience along-side state of the art facilities.

Our Depots:
Grangemouth - Our central distribution point for general haulage throughout the UK. Customers include blue chip companies in the chemical, wine, spirits and forest products industry.
Birkenhead - We deliver newsprint to the major national and provincial newspapers on timed delivery basis.
Tyne and Wear - This depot services the North East corridor.
Immingham/Hull - We operate a daily trailer service to the continent via Rotterdam and Zeebrugge.

All the above depots are interlinked with a nightly trunk system.

Contract Hire

We provide a dedicated contract hire service.

Trailer Services

Duncan Adams provide a daily service to Holland,Belgium, Germany & France through our recognised routes of Teesport & Immingham, Rotterdam and Zeebrugge.

Specialist in forest products. Out/In guage steel.

Weekly groupage service to Antwerp & Rotterdam.

Storage is available on the continent.
